Who processes your data

SW BOT (the seller and licensor) keeps the customer account, order and license records described below. PayPal processes the payment and collects your payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store card numbers, CVV codes or bank details.

What we store

• Account and order records: your e-mail address and password hash, our order reference, the PayPal order and transaction ids, the PayPal account e-mail reported to us, the product purchased, amounts and currency, purchase and webhook timestamps, and the processing result.
• License records: the license identifier, plan, issue and expiry dates, status, delivery timestamps and administrative changes (who changed what, when and why).
• Activation and usage records: an irreversible hashed device identifier (no hardware serial numbers), the application version, and the timestamps of activations and license checks made by the launcher. These records only show that the licensed software was activated and started; we do not collect game content, game credentials, chat, screenshots or files from your computer.
• Support records: support case references, categories, timestamps, refund requests and their outcome. Message contents stay in the support mailbox and are not copied into payment records.
• Server logs: the license and payment servers log request timestamps, IP addresses and results for security and troubleshooting.

Why

To deliver and enforce the license, to provide support, to prevent fraud and to document purchases for payment disputes, chargebacks and tax obligations.

How long

• Order, license and dispute records: 3 years after the license expires or after the last payment event (refund or chargeback), whichever is later.
• Routine license-check records: 24 months. Activation, administrative and dispute-related records are kept with the order record.
• Server logs: 90 days.
• Support records: with the order record.

Sharing

PayPal receives what it needs to process the payment, refunds and disputes; when a dispute or chargeback is opened we provide PayPal with the purchase, delivery, activation and support records of that order. Our hosting providers store the data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data and we do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this website.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your records, for corrections, or for deletion of data we no longer need to keep for the reasons above. Contact us through the Support page and include your order reference.
